10:00 am - 11:15 am
When a landlord requires possession of their property it is vital that notice is served in the correct way.
During the pandemic legislation was put in place that extended notice periods landlords were required to give when wishing to bring a tenancy to end. It is the Scottish Government’s intention that from 31 March 2022 the notice periods for eviction will revert back to the original requirements in place prior to the pandemic. This webinar will assist landlords and letting agency staff in understanding what will be required when serving notice from that date onwards and also cover how the grounds used to serve notice will be affected.
This is an essential webinar for all those involved in serving notices for both Short Assured Tenancies (SAT) and Private Residential Tenancies (PRT) to ensure that they have the knowledge needed to successfully complete and serve the correct notice.
- Changes to notice requirements from 31st March 2022
- Understanding the grounds for repossession of Private Residential and Short Assured Tenancies
- Completing and serving notices for both PRT and SAT
