This course focusses on updating delegates on recent changes to safety legislation, including the new electrical safety and carbon monoxide regulations that come into place this year.
This course is suitable for all landlords and agency staff. As well as providing the most up to date information on new landlord responsibilities, this will also act as a refresher course on the requirements for let properties.
