This is the first of two sessions that deal with the topic of tenancy management for landlords and agents. This session, presented by LAS Tutor Gail Bowden, will incorporate the government COVID -19 guidance detailing what landlords and letting agents need to be aware of in terms of best practice in communication with tenants during this disruptive time.

Can I still ask questions in the same way as I could at the face to face courses?
Yes, you can. You will not be on camera when you do this. There is the facility to ask questions all the way through the webinar and we will answer as many of these as we can on the day
