This webinar deals with the repairing obligations of landlords and how these need to be managed at the present time. It will look at the general principles regarding repairs and maintenance in privately rented property, including updates on how Scottish Government COVID-19 guidance and regulation affect this topic.  Participants can ask questions throughout the webinar and as many questions as possible will be answered at the end by LAS Tutor, Gail Bowden.

Is a webinar for me?

LAS webinars have been created to allow us to bring you the information we would have providing when we were with you face to face.

We have done our best to replicate the experience you had when you were in the room with us, so that we can continue to provide you with the information you need to continue to manage your rental properties well and the updates you need during COVID-19.

Can I still ask questions in the same way as I could at the face to face courses?

Yes, you can. You will not be on camera when you do this. There is the facility to ask questions all the way through the webinar and we will answer as many of these as we can on the day

Will I be on camera during the webinar?

No. We won’t be able to see you and neither will anyone else attending the webinar
