This course concentrates on the new Private Residential Tenancy (PRT). A private rented sector tenancy with a start date of 1st December 2017 onwards will be a Private Residential Tenancy. The course will cover all the documentation and associated processes for a PRT. The course will also provide clarification of the differences in operating this new tenancy and Short Assured Tenancy that will run on past 1st December 2017. Attending this training can be recorded as 3 CPD hours.

Parking information: There is limited parking at John Muir House. The blue shaded spaces are for visitors. Park car and then go to Reception to get a pass to place in the vehicle. Alternatively there is other car parking available in Haddington Town Centre. There is a long stay car park at the far end of the Tesco’s Supermarket Car Park.
Registering for a course
Registering for a course is simple. Select the number of delegate places required from the list and click ‘register’ now. Immediate payment is required to secure a place on the course.
If you cannot select the number of delegate places you require, the course may be full. Please contact the LAS office on 0131 553 2211. Courses run on a demand basis and are subject to cancellation if minimum numbers are not met. This rarely occurs but in this case LAS will contact you by email / telephone as soon as possible using the contact details you have provided.

We cannot guarantee an available place if the appropriate booking has not been received.
