The Scottish Government route map for moving out of lockdown gives us an indication of what to expect over the next few weeks however social distancing is set to be with us for some time to come which of course has an impact on how landlords continue to deal with property management well during this period. This is the second of two webinars which deal with managing our repairing and safety obligations as landlords and letting agents at the present time.
Gail Bowden will provide an overview of the current legislation including the government COVID -19 guidance and what landlords and letting agents need to be aware of in terms of health and safety in their rental properties, including statutory certification.
This webinar is delivered in partnership with North Ayrshire Council

Webinar FAQs
LAS webinars have been created to allow us to bring you the information we would have providing when we were with you face to face.
We have done our best to replicate the experience you had when you were in the room with us, so that we can continue to provide you with the information you need to continue to manage your rental properties well and the updates you need during COVID-19.
Can I still ask questions in the same way as I could at the face to face courses?
Yes, you can. You will not be on camera when you do this. There is the facility to ask questions all the way through the webinar and we will answer as many of these as we can on the day
No. We won’t be able to see you and neither will anyone else attending the webinar
Still not sure a webinar is for you?
Please call the LAS team and we can chat to you about webinar and answer any questions you have.
