The Scottish Government has announced the possible easing of lockdown measures over the next few weeks however social distancing is set to be with us for some time to come. This is the second webinar in a series which deals with managing our obligations as landlords and letting agents at the present time.

Elspeth Boyle will provide an overview of the current legislation including the government COVID -19 guidance and what landlords and letting agents need to be aware of in terms of health and safety in their rental properties, including statutory certification.
