The Scottish Government may announce easing of lockdown measures over the next few weeks however social distancing is set to be with us for some time to come. This webinar deals with the repairing obligations of landlords and how these need to be managed at the present time. It will look at the general principles and what landlords and letting agents need to be aware of.
Elspeth Boyle will provide an overview for Accredited Landlords and Letting Agents of the government guidance and explore areas including the practicalities of getting necessary works done and the importance of good communication.

Yes, you can. You will not be on camera when you do this. There is the facility to ask questions all the way through the webinar and we will answer as many of these as we can on the day
