This course is designed to give a broad overview of the topics listed below and is suitable for landlords and letting agency staff of all levels of experience. Attending this training can be recorded as 3 CPD hours.

• The Housing and Property Chamber – First-tier Tribunal
• Repairs and maintenance
• Health and safety legislation in privately rented property

Parking information: There is limited parking at John Muir House. The blue shaded spaces are for visitors. Park car and then go to Reception to get a pass to place in the vehicle. Alternatively there is other car parking available in Haddington Town Centre. There is a long stay car park at the far end of the Tesco’s Supermarket Car Park.
