2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
This is the second of three short courses designed to help you deal effectively with the challenges of working within a letting agency and is one of our personal development courses ideal for CPD purposes.
Effective communication can be hard to achieve in conflict situations. However, every interaction determines how you are perceived and every interaction is an opportunity to develop trust and exert positive influence. This course develops your ability to focus on your outcome, tune in to your audience and develop your message for clarity and impact.
- Recognise and reflect on the different methods of communication
- Identify and overcome the barriers to effective communication
- Produce clear and persuasive written documents
Attending this training can be recorded as 2 CPD hours.
