Landlord Accreditation Scotland have created a programme of training which looks at the standards of the Letting Agent Code of Practice (the Code) in depth. The programme is designed to assist agents in putting strong compliance measures in place and ensuring a sound knowledge base in agency teams.
The sessions within the programme, which are delivered virtually, are recommended as meaningful CPD and will assist qualified agents in attaining required training hours.
This module, delivered over two webinars, explores in detail the regulatory framework of the private rented sector alongside the requirement for set policies and procedure as stated in Section 2 of the Code, Overarching Standards. This can be done as a stand alone Module but also completes the LACP Programme, which when all Modules are undertaken provides 15 hours of formal CPD.
Session 1: Tuesday 7th December, 2021 – 2pm
Session 2: Wednesday 8th December, 2021 – 2pm
By booking on to Session 1 you will automatically be enrolled for Session 2. To complete the module attendance at both sessions is required.

Completion of Module 7 can be recorded as 2 hours of CPD.

Yes, it is essential for the tutor to be able to interact with the group and so all participants will be visible. Participants can ask questions and the tutors can hear and see all those in the classroom.
