Landlord Accreditation Scotland have created a programme of training which looks at the standards of the Letting Agent Code of Practice (the Code) in depth. The programme is designed to assist agents in putting strong compliance measures in place and ensuring a strong knowledge base in agency teams.
This module explores all the elements that make up Section 2 of the Code and aims to support agents with compliance. Topics explored in this workshop:
- Understanding the overarching standard of practice
- The implications of non-compliance
- The benefits of strategic learning and development.
At the end of the workshop you will have an understanding of the:
- Effect on business of non-compliance
- Required written procedures
- Importance of training teams.
Attending this training can be recorded as 2.5 hours of CPD.

Parking information: There is both on-street and off-street parking on Mill Street where charges apply from 8am – 6pm Monday to Saturday. There are three disabled public car parking spaces directly opposite the main entrance to the concert hall but these tend to fill very quickly.
There is also a car park on Kinnoull Street which is operated by Smart Parking Car Parks (01738 440 933), this multi-storey car park is a pay-and-display car park and the charge must be paid on arrival.
