Where a landlord or letting agent has served notice to leave a property on rent arrears grounds on or after 7 April 2020, the Rent Arrears Pre-Action Requirements (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 must now be followed. This webinar looks at the defences that may be made by a tenant when an arrears action has been raised at the First-tier Tribunal.
The webinar is being delivered by Jim Bauld, Partner with TC Young Solicitors who has specialised in Scottish tenancy law since 1994 and is recognised by the Law Society of Scotland as an Accredited Specialist in Housing and Residential Tenancy Law.
