This webinar deals with the process of raising an action with the First-tier Tribunal for a payment order for monies owed to the landlord by a tenant and the subsequent enforcement of that payment order.

Being successful in an application for a payment order is the first step in recovering money owed to a landlord either through a tenant’s non-payment of rent or damages to a property not recoverable through a tenancy deposit.  Understanding the process for recovery of money following receipt of a payment order is essential.

The course is suitable for landlords and letting agents regardless of the number of properties managed and length of time in the industry.

Can I still ask questions in the same way as I could at the face to face courses?

Yes, you can. You will not be on camera when you do this. There is the facility to ask questions all the way through the webinar and we will answer as many of these as we can on the day

Will I be on camera during the webinar?

No. We won’t be able to see you and neither will anyone else attending the webinar
