It will also deal with serving notice for both the PRT and Short Assured Tenancies (SAT) making sure that landlords have the correct information needed to successfully complete and serve notice if required.
Topics include
- Understanding the grounds for repossession of Private Residential and Short Assured Tenancies
- Changes to notice requirements under the Coronavirus Scotland Act 2020

Webinar FAQs
LAS webinars have been created to allow us to bring you the information we would have providing when we were with you face to face.
We have done our best to replicate the experience you had when you were in the room with us, so that we can continue to provide you with the information you need to continue to manage your rental properties well and the updates you need during COVID-19.
Can I still ask questions in the same way as I could at the face to face courses?
Yes, you can. You will not be on camera when you do this. There is the facility to ask questions all the way through the webinar and we will answer as many of these as we can on the day
No. We won’t be able to see you and neither will anyone else attending the webinar
Still not sure a webinar is for you?
Please call the LAS team and we can chat to you about webinar and answer any questions you have.
