Responsibilities when purchasing a tenanted property
When a landlord takes ownership of an already let property there are a number of steps that should be taken to ensure the stability/continuation of the tenancy in place and that all best practice measures are followed. This short webinar will detail tenancy documents and safety certification that should requested from the landlord selling, and what the new landlord should confirm as soon as ownership transfers.
