In order to complete this application you will need:
  • your landlord registration number
  • your membership number for any local accreditation scheme of which you are already a member
  • your SPRBA or SAL membership number if you are a member of either organisation
  • your letting agent details if you are using a letting agent to manage your properties on a day to day basis.
  • to have read the national core standards for accredited landlords so that you can complete the accreditation checklist.
 Your password must contain a minimum of 5 characters.
Once you have created your user name and password please take note of these.
If in future you enter your user name of password incorrectly over five attempts you will automatically be locked out of the site. If this happens please email info@landlordaccreditationscotland.com to have your account unlocked.
