Landlord Accreditation Scotland is running a training event in partnership with Renfrewshire Council on 28th April 2010.  This is the second of the Core Standards Training Level One, based on the Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords & Letting Agents.  It is not necessary to have attended the first course prior to this one; although the courses are linked the topics are dealt with in such a way that the course can be done in any order.  
 
This course is suitable for anyone who is new to letting property or for those who have been letting property for some time but who are looking for an update on the topics listed below:

·         Complaints & Dealing with Disputes
·         Dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour

Time:  1.30pm - 4pm NOW FULLY BOOKED
6pm - 8.30pm  - places still available
 
Cost:  £25 plus VAT (£29.37) per delegate for accredited landlords.  £35 plus VAT (£41.12) per delegate for non-accredited landlords. 
 
Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL) and Scottish Rural Property & Business Association (SRPBA) members can attend training free of charge as a benefit of membership of partner these associations
