This is the third course of the Core Standards Training Level 1, based on the Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords & Letting Agents. It is not necessary to have attended the previous courses prior to this one; although the courses are linked the topics are dealt with in such a way that the course can be done in any order.
This course is suitable for anyone who is new to letting property or for those who have been letting property for some time but who are looking for an update on the topics listed below:

Cost: £25 plus VAT for accredited landlord. £35 plus VAT for non-accredited landlords
Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL) and Scottish Rural Property & Business Association (SRPBA) members can attend training free of charge as a benefit of being a member of either association.

Once the date and location are confirmed you will be able to download a booking form. Once completed the form can be returned by email, post or fax ensuring that you include your LAS/SAL/SRPBA if applicable.
