Landlord Accreditation Scotland is running a training event in partnership with Falkirk Council Landlord Accreditation on 11 February 2010.  This is the first of the Core Standards Training Level One courses, based on the Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords & Letting Agents.  Two further courses will be run in Falkirk during 2010 and we will notify you of the dates and venues as soon as they are confirmed.

 

This course is suitable for anyone who is new to letting property or for those who have been letting property for some time but who are looking for an update on the topics listed below:  

Property Condition & Property Management

 

·         Minimum Property Condition

·         The Tolerable Standard

·         Repairing Standard

·         Providing Clear Statements & Detailed Inventory

·         Repairs & Maintenance

·         Carrying out Repairs

·         Energy Efficiency, Insulation & Heating

·         Health, Safety & Home Security

Venue:  Dawson Centre, Davids Loan, Bainsford  FK2 7RG

Time:    1.30pm – 4pm or 6.00pm – 8.30pm

Cost:  £25 plus VAT per delegate for accredited landlords.  £35 plus VAT per delegate for non-accredited landlords.  VAT is charged at the standard rate of 17.5%
